Used Prestige Cars Agent for Sale or Return on my car. The hardest part was handing over £60k worth of car, keys, and V5C on day one to people I'd just met - genuinely had sleepless nights. But Ross and the team were completely legitimate and honest. No games, no problems.

18th January drop-off, buyer secured with deposit 17th March - just 2 months in winter market. Buyer collected 13th April, payment cleared 16th April. The extra month was buyer logistics, not PCA's fault. Ross exceeded my target figure.

They handled MOT and service during the sale period at no extra cost. When MOT flagged a damaged tyre, Ross arranged replacement through his local supplier - I paid for the tyre, but he sorted all the logistics. No fuss whatsoever.

WhatsApp communication throughout (though more frequent updates would help anxious sellers like me!).

Very reasonable commission, excellent result. The site is tucked away behind gates (security is excellent, though there's no traditional forecourt - doesn't matter in 2026 with online sales).

Would absolutely use again. Advice: if your HP is ending soon, start early and avoid winter sales!

Brilliant service from beginning to end. We viewed a few cars, but fell in love with a Golf GTD, with very high spec. Easiest buy ever!
